David May the former Manchester United full back in the 90's says that its up to Fabregas to decide whether he wants to stay at Barcelona or move to Manchester United. David advises Fabregas that if he wants to be used its ideal for him to move to Manchester United. Also David May says that if we lose Rooney it would be like losing 20 goals of the season and if we lose Rooney this season within the 5 weeks we would have to replace him within the 5 weeks and because Rooney is such a great player we would have to replace him with a good player and no-one wants to let go of their good players.
