However Real Madrid are demanding a price tag of £200 million. At the same time, the Spanish defender has said; "that he is completely committed to leaving the club this summer, and that he specifically wants them to begin negotiations with Manchester United and that he doesn't want them to negotiate with anybody except Manchester United" - says Graham Hunter, Sky Sports Spanish football expert.

DAVID DE GEA PREPARING DEPARTURE?

From Daily Mail sources, the owner of the house of David de Gea, has put up his Chesire house for sale, which is rented by the unsettled goalkeeper ahead of rumoured departure to Real Madrid. To support this, have a look at the link below, which shows the listing advertising pictures of the mansion. However Manchester United are looking to swap over unsettled Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos. Is that a smart move? Even if David de Gea is to leave, no worries. Manchester United have very long history of legendary goalkeepers and next in line could be Victor Valdes or Hugo Lloris who acquires Champions League football.

MANCHESTER UNITED TEASE MADRID/ RESPONSE TO BLEACHER REPORT/ DAILY MAIL/ GUARDIAN!

After all the reports and rumours and so forth of David de Gea apparently being unsettled. In combat to that reports from Guardian, and Daily Mail, are reporting that Manchester United would like Sergio Ramos in return for David de Gea. A lad name Jenson (?) believes that the Spanish defender has "told advisors he wants to leave the club." Well who's Jenson?! Jenson also says that Ramos was unhappy to see manager Carlo Ancelotti axed at the end of the season. Whats's that to do with him? The 29 year old has spent a decade at the Bernabeau so it sounds realistic that Sergio would like a change of scenery. The signing of Sergio Ramos sounds brilliant but, is it too good to be true?

HARRY KANE, "FLATTERED" BY UNITED

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has admitted that its "flattering" to be linked with Manchester United. However the 21 year old has declared that he is "happy'' at White hart lane. As you might or might not know, it seems as if Louis Van Gaal is looking to sign a striker this summer, as R
adamel Falcao's loan has expired and with the in and out form of Robin Van persie. However you could argue that we don't need another striker since we have Javier Hernandez who is looking to return back to Old Trafford after his loan spell at Real madrid has expired.

MEMPHIS DEPAY | WELCOME TO MANCHESTER UNITED| 2014/2015 (HD)

MANCHESTER UNITED BAG DEPAY

Memphis Depay has completed medical at Manchester United and has completed his move to the club for £31m. Hahaha! Liverpool! He finished the season as top scorer of the Eredivisie with 22 goals and winning the league for PSV. He's a fabulous player with very high potential and is a player that can  win trophies and score goals on that left flank!

LIES OF RUMOURS!

Lazio Owner rubbishes the rumour of Lazio signing Robin van Persie. Lazio's president, Claudio Lotito, also said this: "The reports are a load of b******s". However in the Daily Mail there are new reports of rumours that Juventus will make a £5 million bid to sign Van Persie. Redonculous

TOM CLEVERLEY COMPLETES EVERTON MOVE

Tom Cleverley completes a move to Everton on a free transfer. The English midfielder spent this season on loan at Aston Villa but will not return to be a Manchester United but will make a quick fire move to Everton. Its even worse,
for free! This is extremely annoying because Louis Van Gaal spends so much money buying players and then sells players for nothing!

JURGEN KLOPP WANTS MANCHESTER UNITED?

Former Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has been linked with Liverpool after his departure. However it appears clear that the German coach wants to manage Manchester United according to Eckhard Krautzun who worked alongside Klopp at his managerial career at Mainz. He also commented that he expects to see the 47 year old at Old Trafford in the future. Only 47! Jurgen Klopp could end up at
Manchester United very soon! But, what about Giggsy? Everyone wants to manage Manchester United init! Pep Guardiola, Steve Bruce and now Klopp! Brilliant club.

VAN PERSIE OFF TO ROME?

Robin Van Persie has been linked with a move to Serie A club Lazio. The Dutch striker has only scored 22 domestic goals in the past two season and could be departing Manchester United this summer. Reports from Italian publication II Messaggero (h/t Football Italia) say that the rumoured cost to buy Van persie is £10.9 million. Robin Van Persie, who has struggled to maintain a first team presence in the team added fuel to the transfer likeness stating: "I want to play first-team football and to play every week at a high level at a big club." - Source Jamie Anderson of theDaily Star.  However what ever happens Louis van Gaal will be looking to strengthen his striking position with the departure of Radamel Falcao.

TOP REALISTIC SIGNINGS THIS SUMMER?

1. Bernard Mensah - A midfielder from Ghana playing in the Portuguese Liga, very comfortable on the ball and dribbling through the centre and can score plenty of goals. He has been watched by Manchester United scouts towards the end of the season and could be a good attacking option, but he seems like a player who plays on the bench for example: Javier Hernandez! The signing of Mensah is a decent chance.

2. Roman Burki - Burki is a goalkeeper playing in the Bundesliga. As we understand David De Gea might or might not be on  his way out of the club. If that the case Louis Van Gaal is looking to use Victor Valdes as a first team slot. So as a back Roman Burki can fit that role, he's young and he's got great potential.
