VAN PERSIE OFF TO ROME?

Robin Van Persie has been linked with a move to Serie A club Lazio. The Dutch striker has only scored 22 domestic goals in the past two season and could be departing Manchester United this summer. Reports from Italian publication II Messaggero (h/t Football Italia) say that the rumoured cost to buy Van persie is £10.9 million.
