Last night David Moyes was ready to buy Ander Herrera for 36million euros so he sent Manchester United officials to LaLiga center to negotiate a deal but when the officials arrived they said they have nothing to do with United. David Moyes thought the buy out clause was too high any way so they returned and signed Maroune Fellaini for 27 million.
