NEYMAR COULD LEAVE?

Barcelona have reportedly made a final contract offer for Neymar with a salary of 15 million euros per year including tax. This is the highest the club could possibly go to keep the Brazilian winger at the club.

Barcelona are desperate to hold on to Neymar as a lot of the big clubs are after the chase. Paris Saint- Germain, Real Madrid, surprisingly why are they even bothering, and Manchester United!

There are a lot of rumours involving Neymar to other teams and does seem likely since he's won every possible trophy at the club. He has been linked to Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United but I can only imagine the player staying at Barcelona. Otherwise, it seems more likely if he joined Manchester United. What do you think?

PATO AND NEYMAR

In the summer, Neymar admitted that he held talks with Manchester United, but nothing was concrete. He said he had heard offers but had not received any. Alexandre Pato could have been a Manchester United player on deadline day. Two hours before the window shut he received an offer. Obviously though in two hours not a lot can really happen, look at Real Madrid and look where it got them. It's good that Louis Van Gaal has acknowledged the need for a striker, especially when a 19 year old boy is the only striker scoring goals.

"SPEED AND CREATIVITY" - LOUIS VAN GAAL

In an official interview with BBC Sport, Louis Van Gaal revealed that Manchester United need a player of "speed and creativity". The Dutch manager also listed a host of players including: Willian and Hazard, Robben and Ribery, Bale and Ronaldo, and finally Messi and Neymar as examples. After the departure of Nani and possibly Angel Di Maria, Manchester United will lack speed and creativity on the left and right flank of midfield. Louis Van Gaal could be looking at Pedro from Barcelona who is considered unsettled at the football club and has a buy out clause of only 22 million! Definitely affordable and is a keen and one of the best players available in his class. You can watch the interview at:http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33675031
