New Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho made a first bid for Wayne Rooney of around 20 million which was rejected and now has made a second bid of 30 million which has been rejected a few hours ago. Jose Mourinho has targeted Wayne Rooney since his return to Chelsea. Wayne Rooney has been unsettled after David Moyes criticism that Rooney will be used if Robin Van Persie is injured. The striker only has two years left remaining on his contract, so either now or sometime in the future he is likely to move away from the reds. We would lose a great player.
