Phelan Manchester Uniteds former assistant manager claims that Wayne Rooney won't leave now. The transfer window closes on the 2nd September so Manchester United wouldn't have enough time to replace him. The English striker was confused and angry after David Moyes saying that Wayne Rooney would be a replacement for Robin Van Persie if Persie is injured. He was also upset that he hasn't been playing matches. Well last night he played against Chelsea in a 0-0 draw and against Swansea in their 4-1 win.
