Unsettled Wayne Rooney are still being followed by Chelsea. Jose has already made a second bid of 28 million which has been rejected. Wayne has complained that he hasn't played any matches in the preseason tour and the community shield finals against Wigan Athletic. He came on as a substitute against Swansea in their 4-1 win in the first game of the season.
